1.Booking and Reservation:
– All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by SANN Watersport.
– Bookings can be made online through our website, by phone, or in person at our office.
– A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.

2.Payment Policy:
– Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
– Payments can be made via credit card or other accepted methods as specified on our website.
– Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.

3.Cancellation and Refund Policy:
– Cancellations made by the customer:
– Full refund if cancellation is made 72 hours or more before the scheduled activity.
– 50% refund if cancellation is made between 24 to 72 hours before the scheduled activity.
– No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity or in case of no-show.
– Cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances:
– SANN Watersport reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
– In such cases, we will offer alternatives or a full refund, as agreed upon with the customer.

4.Participant Responsibilities:
– Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by SANN Watersport staff.
– Participants are responsible for their own physical condition and must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation in activities.
– Participants must comply with local laws, customs, and regulations during activities.

5.Liability Waiver:
– Participation in water sports activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury and property damage.
– By participating, participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the activity and release SANN Watersport from any liability for such risks.

6.Age Restrictions:
– Minimum age requirements may apply to certain activities.
– Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who assumes responsibility for their safety and behavior.

7.Changes to Activities:
– SANN Watersport reserves the right to modify or cancel activities due to operational reasons, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
– We will notify customers of any changes as soon as possible and provide alternative options or refunds where applicable.
